We used thermometers to find the temperature of our classroom, our own hands and different water samples. We found out that when we wrapped the cups in different materials we stopped the temperature of the water from dropping too quickly. We tested polystyrene, paper, wool and a man-made material. Wool was the best insulator and paper was the worst. We had a lot of fun doing Science.
