The girls’ football team travelled to Jubilee Park today to take part in a tournament organised by Drumadonnell Primary School. The girls won all five matches in the group stages, with some excellent football on display from all players. They then progressed into the semi-final where they beat Dromara PS 2-0 to make it into the cup final. The girls met Drumadonnell A team in the final and they were delighted with a 1-0 victory to win the tournament.
The girls scored an impressive 22 goals across the tournament today- well done! Thank you to Drumadonnell PS for organised a great morning and to the DCPS parents for the transportation to Moneyslane.
